New Clubhouse, Restaurant, Indoor Air Rifle Range and Conference facilities Opened.

Mendip Shooting Ground celebrated the opening of it's new purpose built Clubhouse, Restaurant, Indoor Air Rifle Range and Conference facilities over the weekend of the 23rd and 24th September 2017.

After much debate over the last few weeks as to which "celebrity" was going to cut the ribbon the honour fell to Alex Hill.

After two years of hard work by many people (or as Vernon put it "there are too many people to thank for getting us to this point, but you all know who you are"), the ribbon was cut and the Clubhouse was "officially" open.

As well as the normal business, a 100 bird Sporting shoot with a £100 prize per day was held on both Saturday and Sunday.

A busy 2 days on the ground and in the clubhouse.
